آموزش زبان با پادکستهای Fluent English برای سطح بالاتر از متوسطه با تاپیک Interview

روش مطالعه پادکست‌های آموزشی

این پادکست‌ها برای یادگیری فعال طراحی شده‌اند، نه فقط گوش دادنِ ساده. لطفاً طبق مراحل زیر پیش بروید:

مرحله ۱: فقط گوش بده (بدون توقف)

بار اول پادکست را کامل گوش بده، بدون اینکه متن را ببینی یا معنی کلمات را چک کنی.
هدف این مرحله این است که:

• به تلفظ و ریتم زبان عادت کنی

• ایده‌ی کلی موضوع را بفهمی

اگر همه‌چیز را متوجه نشدی، کاملاً طبیعی است.

مرحله ۲: گوش بده + متن را ببین

بار دوم، هم‌زمان با گوش دادن، متن را نگاه کن.
در این مرحله:

• کلماتی که نمی‌فهمی را خط بکش یا علامت بزن

• روی جمله‌هایی که زیاد تکرار می‌شوند دقت کن

❌ لازم نیست همه‌ی کلمات را ترجمه کنی.

مرحله ۳: توضیحات فارسی و مثال‌ها را گوش بده..

حالا توضیحات فارسی، نکات گرامری و مثال‌هایی که من اضافه کرده‌ام را با دقت گوش بده. 
اینجا مهم است که:

• بفهمی هر جمله چرا این‌طور گفته شده

• تفاوت لحن رسمی و محاوره‌ای را متوجه شوی

مرحله ۴: دوباره گوش بده (این بار عمیق)

بعد از توضیحات، پادکست را یک بار دیگر گوش بده.
می‌بینی که:

• جمله‌ها واضح‌تر شده‌اند

• اصطلاحات آشنا به نظر می‌رسند

• درک کلی خیلی بهتر شده

مرحله ۵: جمله‌سازی کن

حداقل:

• ۳ کلمه

• یا ۲ عبارت
  از پادکست انتخاب کن و با آن‌ها جمله‌ی جدید بساز (ترجیحاً درباره‌ی خودت).

مرحله ۶: تکرار با فاصله

بعد از ۲–۳ روز، پادکست را دوباره گوش بده، حتی اگر کوتاه باشد.
این کار باعث می‌شود:

• لغات در حافظه‌ی بلندمدت بمانند

• listening تو طبیعی‌تر شود

نکته‌ی مهم

هدف این پادکست‌ها حفظ کردن نیست؛
هدف این است که کم‌کم:

• مثل انگلیسی‌زبان‌ها بشنوی

• اصطلاحات را در موقعیت درست استفاده کنی

اگر همه‌چیز را همان بار اول نفهمیدی، یعنی داری درست جلو می‌روی 😉

LESSON 2: JOB INTERVIEW

Yesterday afternoon I went for that job interview.
It was the worst experience in my life.
For some reason I put on my resume that I could speak Japanese, which is a total lie.
The job had nothing to do with Japanese so I guess I thought I would just put it down to make myself look more well-rounded.
I never thought that they would actually test me on it.
It turns out that the guy interviewing me had lived in Tokyo for 8 years.
His Japanese was great.
The first thing he said to me was something in Japanese, which I obviously didn’t understand.
I felt so nauseous.
I had absolutely no idea what to do so I just replied in English, “hey, your Japanese is pretty good”.
He said “thanks, but what about you? It says here on your resume that you speak it.”
I said, “what can I say” he shook his head and said, “get the hell out of here!”

for some reason → I don’t know why
Example: For some reason, my phone is not working.

• put on my resume → wrote on my job paper about myself
  Example: I put on my resume that I can use Excel.

• total lie → completely not true
  Example: Saying I am 25 is a total lie.

• well-rounded → having many different skills or qualities
  Example: She is well-rounded; she plays piano and studies math.

• turns out → it happens that something is true
  Example: It turns out he knows my sister.

• interviewing me → asking me questions for a job
  Example: The teacher is interviewing me about my homework.

• absolutely no idea → I don’t know at all
  Example: I have absolutely no idea how to solve this problem.

• nauseous / feel nauseous → feel like you want to vomit
  Example: I feel nauseous after eating too much.

• get the hell out of here → leave immediately (angry or rude way)
  Example: He was so angry that he said, “Get the hell out of here!”
